Structured under a long-term 10-year revenue-share lease, the collaboration reinforces the Group’s focus on creating sustainable, income-generating assets while positioning Saraswati Skylore as an integrated urban destination combining retail, commercial, lifestyle, and hospitality offerings. The project aligns with Greater Noida West’s rapid growth as an emerging urban, tourism, and hospitality hub, and is expected to enhance footfalls, asset value, and long-term economic impact.
